Over the years, as Cindy and Eric observed each other's traditional operating style, they realized that they shared many of the same goals and also many of the same frustrations. Each felt that their prime responsibility was to provide their clients with the most comprehensive service possible, and each felt the same frustrations at only being able to be in one place at one time. Unlike many agents who leave their clients to fend for themselves when the agents take vacations and personal time off, Cindy and Eric had, in the past, ensured that their clients always had a specific agent that they could contact - all the time!

The creation of a partnership to reach the goal of more complete service was a natural extension of their occasional coverage for each other. Once the concept of this unique style of partnership was established, Cindy and Eric began to acquire the tools that would be required in order to consistently provide all of their clients with a level of service that would be superior to anything else available in the industry.

Theirs is not an ordinary "Team" concept. While many Real Estate 'Teams' exist, their approach is to assign responsibility for different areas of the business to different members of the team. One member lists homes, one works with buyers to show homes, another member handles paperwork, etc.

Cindy and Eric's Partnership is decidedly different.

Each of their clients works primarily with one of them, but the other is fully familiar with the client's needs and situation on an ongoing basis. This allows the clients' requirements to be attended to by either member seamlessly, whenever the need arises. Their clients are never left without the assistance they deserve.

  • Their Toll Free number is a voice actuated (no 'press 1 for….') "find me" system that enables a client to call both of them at home, on their cellphones, and on their pagers, simultaneously!

  • They create their own virtual tours of their listings using digital technology, and can have full tours posted to the Internet within 24 hours of accepting a listing.

  • They have their own website, as well as web pages on Weichert.com and Realtor.com.
They recognize that, in order to ensure that their clients are always provided with the most accurate information, they must maintain full awareness of the constantly changing landscape of real estate rules, regulations, and situations. To this end, they each attend educational seminars a minimum of once a month, year round.

Cindy and Eric have also realized that more diversely skilled agents better serve their clients; they have both attained the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) and SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) designations. In addition, Cindy has received the GRI (Graduate, Realtor's Institute) designation, and is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in New Jersey.

They know that well-rounded agents also are deeply involved in the ongoing improvement of their profession. Cindy and Eric serve on multiple Committees for their local Board of Realtors, and they are also "Mentors" for newly licensed agents who join their office.
